Cancellation, Late, & No Show Policy

Please take your time and read, and please always be mindful when canceling or not showing up.  I try to cater to everyone's wishes and fit everyone in where I can, and cancellations and no-shows mean that your appointment could have gone to somebody else.  A credit card will be required to book your appointment.  I completely understand that in certain circumstances life gets in the way and sometimes it can’t be helped.  I recognize that people have a busy lifestyle, so I provide a text and email reminder.

 

Cancellations

I ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  If you fail to make the cancellation deadline you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

 

No Shows

If you fail to show without giving any notice you will be charged the FULL treatment price.  If this is not paid, another appointment cannot be booked until the balance plus your appointment to follow is paid for in advance.

 

Late

There is a 10 minute grace period (5 minutes if it’s a 15 minute appointment) after which you are considered a no-call /no-show and charged 100% of the services booked. We all can be running late at times, and I will try my best to get you sorted if this is the case.  However, please be aware that there is a line of ladies behind you who are then affected as well.. so pretty please try to be on time.  Thank you for your understanding.
